When deploying Windows Clients in a location with a Microsoft
Connected Cache (MCC) Server available, it is sometimes quite useful to inject
those settings before Windows boots for the first time. For example, to allow
the Enrollment State Page (ESP) in Windows Autopilot to download its
applications from a local source.
Here is a PowerShell Script that you can use to inject the
IP Address of the MCC Server during deployment, during the WinPE phase, or directly
in the offline image. In this example, you must add code to find the right OS
Volume drive letter and set the $OSDriveLetter variable accordingly. You find
the script in our GitHub repository.
