MOM

Metadata Optimization Manager (MOM) is a cutting-edge solution designed to optimize content delivery and caching across your network. By calculating BranchCache metadata, MOM transforms external or CDN-hosted content into fully cached and peer-to-peer enabled files. This enables efficient delivery of BITS and/or HTTP downloads – even when traditional peering methods aren’t available.

Proxy caching

MOM calculates BranchCache hashes on the fly, making content ready for peer-to-peer sharing. StifleR clients automatically configure MOM as the proxy for relevant jobs and the MOM proxy component stores data. Store content closer to your end users if required for lower latency peerable downloads

Flexible deployment options

Deploy MOM server to cloud or data center for centralized management. Cluster setups for high availability shared cache storage. Leverage Windows Server data deduplication to further optimize storage.

Versatility

Is available bandwidth consumed by concurrent BITS downloads? MOM can make non-peering content peered. Need to optimize HTTP traffic? MOM can turn browser-based or CDN-originating downloads into BranchCache-enabled files.
